Guarantee
At City Looks Salon we guarantee
all of our services. If you are not satisfied, let our manager or your stylist
know within 7 days of your haircut or 14 days of a chemical service. For
Your Comfort & Information -
We recommend that guests schedule their next service visit prior to leaving the
salon.
- Please
arrive 5 to 10 minutes early for your appointment and we will strive to be on
time, so as not to inconvenience you or our next guest.
- Visa,
MasterCard, and Discover Cards are accepted.
- We
require a $30 advance deposit for all Special Occasion hair styles. Pull over
clothing is not recommended the day of a special occasion service.
- Cancellation
Policy: If you must reschedule or cancel an appointment, please
let us know 24 hours in advance. A 48 hour cancellation is required
for all Wedding, Prom, Homecoming or Special Occasion reservations,
to avoid being charged for the service.
